Pendant trop longtemps, les opérateurs Télécom se sont trop allègrement sucrés sur le dos des consommateurs. Ils se sont bien vernis à nos dépens. Il est temps que le pouvoir revienne aux consommateurs grâce à L’ARCEP qui de son côté s’est trop endormie pendant trop longtemps et ne sort maintenant que de sa léthargie. Mais il n’est jamais trop tard pour bien faire.
