Les ennuis judiciaires ne font que commencer pour celui qui s’autoproclame « président démocratiquement élu » à l’issue de la présidentielle du 22 février 2020. L’homme est accusé par l’Etat de troubles aggravés à l’ordre public, de diffusions de fausses nouvelles, de dénonciation calomnieuse et d’atteinte à la sureté de l’Etat.

Le 1er avril dernier, lors de sa première convocation, l’opposant était souffrant. Il s’est fait représenter par ses avocats. Ce jeudi 09 avril 2020 à 09h, l’ancien Premier ministre sera devant le Service central de recherche et d’investigations criminelles (SCRIC) de la gendarmerie pour être écouté.
